How does it work?
How do I get my tickets?
Shortly after your booking is complete, and no later than 48 hours, you will receive your e-ticket by email. Just print it out and bring it with you to the entrance of the Vatican.
How does it work?
During high season, go to the When in Rome Tour's office close to the Vatican main entrance to change your e-ticket for your original tickets.
During low season, you can take your e-ticket directly to the Vatican.

When can I visit the Vatican?
You can choose between two time slots: 8:30 AM or 3 PM. Please be there 15 minutes before your chosen time slot.
How long is my ticket valid?
Your ticket is only valid for the chosen date and time slot.
You can only use your ticket once. Each site has a strict no re-entry policy.
Is there a dress code?
Yes, entrance into religious sites requires a strict dress code. Knees and shoulders must be covered for both men and women. When joining a tour with When in Rome Tours’, Ticmate cannot be held responsible for entry not prohibited due to inappropriate attire.

- Vatican authorities operate a strict no re-entry policy.
