How do I get my tickets?

The ticket(s) will be sent to your e-mail address as a PDF document, please print out a copy of your e-ticket and bring it with you to your destination. At this point, you will need to exchange the e-ticket(s) to original tickets or show the e-ticket(s) at the meeting address for your event. It is very important that you carefully read all the information printed on your e-ticket(s).

What happens if I cannot use my tickets?

Normally tickets cannot be returned, cancelled, or exchanged for future dates. But if you can´t use your tickets we will, of course, try our best to help you. Please contact us through the contact us page on our website. Here we also explain how you should act if you can't use your tickets. Please be aware that it can take some time to get tickets re-sold, and that there will be a cancellation fee involved IF we succeed in re-selling or exchanging your tickets.

What does it mean that my tickets are 'On Request'?

For certain events, we need to get the reservation confirmed by the venue or our local supplier. This usually takes less than 48 hours, this is called “A reservation is on request”. When your reservation is confirmed by the venue or our supplier, your e-tickets will be sent to your e-mail address, and payment will be finalized. If your reservation is declined by the venue or our supplier (usually because the event is sold out) we will send you an e-mail to inform you the reservation is not confirmed and the reservation is cancelled. If your reservation is cancelled and not confirmed, no fees are charged.

Do I need ID when collecting my tickets?

A valid picture ID document will be requested upon collection.

Do you add booking fees?

We are often cheaper than other ticket agents and sometimes even cheaper than the venue itself, the reason for this is we are an overseas agent not selling locally. However please expect that a booking fee might be included in the ticket price of 10-25% when booking a musical, theatre or opera. When booking football tickets please expect a booking fee between 10-50%, and maybe more if the match you book for is an A-match! Please be aware that the box office tickets are usually limited and unavailable as many events are sold out. You may pay a small percentage fee on our site, but then you are guaranteed a ticket before you leave home, and no need to worry about sold-out performances or black market tickets which are often much more expensive than our ticket prices!
